House Party Bar
From approx. $280 + hourly

Premium Private Event
From approx. $450 + hourly
- Styled black & gold bar setup
- Custom drink / mocktail menu planning

Best for 30–80 guests.
Bartender Only
From $50–$70 per hour
- Professional bartender with tools
- Use your own bar or venue
- Minimum 3-hour booking
Good for venues with their own bar.
Travel within wider Auckland is usually included. For out-of-town events, travel costs may apply.
Questions We Get All the Time
Do you supply the alcohol?
At the moment BarCraft NZ is set up as a BYO-friendly mobile bar. You supply the alcohol and we handle the bar setup, ice, glassware, tools and service.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Auckland and can travel across most suburbs. Travel fees may apply for events outside central Auckland.
How many hours is a standard booking?
Most bookings are 3–5 hours of service, plus our own setup and pack-down time. Longer events are no problem, we’ll quote based on your timings.
Can you do non-alcoholic / family-friendly events?
Yes. We can run a fully non-alcoholic bar with mocktails, juices and signature drinks that still look premium.
Do you bring glassware and ice?
Yes, we can include glassware, ice and garnishes in your package. This will be confirmed when we quote your event.
